The presentation devoted to the microscopic methods of domain and domain regular patterns fabrication in the ferroelectric crystals and the optical waveguides based on ferroelectric crystals. As the methods of domain recording the method of scanning electron microscopy and scanning probe microscopy (SPM) are considered.

R.V. Gainutdinov is experienced specialist in contact and noncontact AFM modes (topography, piezo-response force microscopy, Kelvin probe microscopy, electrostatic force microscopy, spreading resistance imaging, scanning capacitance microscopy) in air, liquid and high vacuum.
