报告摘要:
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted enormous research attentions owing to the superior opto-electronic properties of the developed lead halide perovskite materials, giving the power conversion efficiency enhanced to >22% over a short period. However, the lack of long-term stability is the main issue hindering the commercialization of PSCs. Hysteresis observed during the current-voltage characterization of PSC devices are largely correlated to the mobile ions migration inside perovskite phase under light illumination, which are disadvantageous for the photo-stability and efficiency of PSCs. Many works have been done to decrease hysteresis of PSCs either by surface passivation or contact layer modification. While few work has been focused on the suppression of mobile ions migration in perovskite phase itself. Owing to the perfect matching of band alignment, Graphene Oxide (GO) sheets have been widely utilized as hole transport layers for PSCs. Here we propose a strategy to homogeneously blend modified GO into perovskite absorber film for the pursuing of high performance hysteresis free PSCs, wherein GO sheets simultaneously serves as interior hole transport layers as well as ions migration barrier layers inside perovskite phase. This work may also give possitive implications for the future development of flexible graphene based perovskie solar cells.

郑飞,澳大利亚斯威本科技大学Centre for Micro-Photonics博士后研究员,主要从事功能化氧化石墨烯在高性能有机无机钙钛矿光伏器件中的应用。2012年在bat365在线平台app理获学士学位,2017年获得博士学位。共发表SCI论文20余篇,包括Chem. Commun., ACS Appl. Mater. Interface, J. Mater. Chem. A等。曾多次参加国际学术会议并做口头报告。
